I was healthy and working then a while ago I had knee problem started, A consultant suggested knee replacement, first knee replacement was in July 2021, and second knee replacement due to Covid was done 2023. Before I was unable to walk much, I was at home all the time, depression was set in. Mr. Hamid (MSG) chairman approached me and persuaded me to attend MSG coffee/activities, I attended first coffee session oct 2023 and enjoyed it, I have been attending MSG activities since then and I had made lot of gains, I don’t feel depressed. I feel happy and relax. It is due to social gatherings, now MSG has organised free gym/swim for its members which is helping me more to exercise and keep mobilised.
